VEHICLE DROP OFF AND PARKING

If you are coming by car, the best place to park is The Star Car Park. Take the lifts from the Car Park and walk through the cafe court to the ramp entrance outside the Sydney Lyric foyer and Box Office.

An alternative is to drop your passengers in front at The Star's Harbourside entrance where there is a lay-by area on Pirrama Road. Patrons can then take the escalators or lift up one level and walk for one minute to the Sydney Lyric/Foundry Theatre entrance. There is an option to use the ramp for stairless entry. Please note, we do not recommend coming in via Pyrmont Street.

Wheelchair and Transfer Seating

Wheelchair seating is located in row AA where there is flat floor access.

Companion Card Bookings

Companion Card holders can book by emailing us to request a call back. Our Box Office will call you to complete your booking as soon as possible, between the hours of Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. If you are wanting to make a last minute on the day booking for a Saturday or Sunday performance, please check ticket availability online and purchase in person at our Box Office before the show. *Companion Card bookings are not available on packaged seats.

Limited Mobility or Trouble with Stairs

Access to the Balcony and Tiered Seats is via stairs only so we recommend booking flat floor seating if you have trouble with stairs.
